Pictures of the Baby

Lily gets plenty of love at home, but she is missing from he old blog. Mostly because she doesn't give us a whole lot of good stories, yet. So we snapped a few cutesy photos and we promise to try and do better about including her.

Finally....SUNSHINE

Finally, the weather has started to turn and we're able to spend some time outside, here are some photos of our recent adventures.

First, Jon and Kayla found the croquet set in the garage while I was working on the basement and they invented their own version. They would place the pins and hit the tennis ball around the yard, eventually trying to hit the pin. Now it turned out to be Jonny hitting the ball like a golfer and Kayla always moving the pins so that she could hammer them in again. The picture kind of tells the story...and no Jonny isn't about to club his sister. I don't think....

Also, Jonathon had a bout with pink eye this week and I drew the short straw and stayed at home with him. Well we were looking out the window at the baseball field and low and behold someone left behind a treasure. I sent Jonathon over to recover his new toy and I thought you all would want to check out his outfit and his new prize. (click on the picture for a bigger view.)

Princess's for the Princess

So, now that Kayla has hit that big 3 she has really turned girly. MAN...I've never had so much pink, pretty dresses, and tiny girly shoes around. AND I HAVE FOUR SISTERS. Anyway, she has also started to toy preferences away from whatever Jon is playing with to little girl stuff like babies and princesses. It's pretty cute how she'll sit around and reenacted every scene from the Disney movies, of course some of the scenes are inter-mingled with different characters. Let me tell ya....Prince Charming is one lucky dude!

Easter Cometh and Goeth

So Easter has come and since been long gone, but we've been so busy we haven't had time to share with everyone. We had a lot of fun for Easter this year. It was exciting to see the all the hard work that the little ones put in to find all Easter Bunny droppings (eggs not poo...that'd be gross). Anyway, the kids made out well and even found a pair of galoshes for all the wet weather playtime that we're definitely getting this spring. Here are some precious pictures of the Easter fun.
